Rajvikram Singh Deo is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in advising Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), family offices, and family-owned businesses in Asia & the Middle East on various financial matters.

Currently serving as an Executive Director in Mercer's Private Client Services Division, Rajvikram specializes in providing comprehensive wealth planning, succession, liquidity, and protection solutions in collaboration with Private Banks, External Asset Managers, and Single/Multi-Family offices.

With a strong foundation in private banking, structured lending, M&A, and capital markets across the US, Middle East & Asia, Rajvikram brings a wealth of experience to the table.

His educational background includes an MSc in International Business and Finance from Bournemouth University, a BBA in International Marketing from the Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business, and a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce from La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Rajvikram has a wide range of interests including reading, squash, golf, wine, South Asian art, equestrian sports, travel, and fintech.
