Justin Medcalf is a seasoned change agent with a diverse background in design thinking, sustainability, financial planning, and management accounting. He is also a strong advocate for ethical investments, social entrepreneurship, and innovation. Justin has studied in prestigious institutions such as the School of Design Thinking, IDEOU, and Columbia Business School. He has also held key roles in various organizations, including as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Certification Assessment Panel at Responsible Investment Association Australasia, Practice Transition Manager at AMP, and Head of Innovation - Wealth Division at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Additionally, he is the founder of Green Equity Management and Ethical Advisers' Co-operative Ltd, and has worked as an Innovation and Startup Consultant.
