With a career spanning various organizations, Rajni has excelled in roles focusing on business development, policy advocacy, client relationship management, competitive intelligence, business research, project management, marketing, and public relations. She has held key positions such as GM-Marketing, AGM, and Lead Manager Marketing at Amp Energy India. Prior to this, she also served as the Sr. Manager Business Development at Amplus Solar, Sr. Manager Business Development at Azure Power, and as the Strategic Systems Manager at ACG.

Rajni's professional journey also includes a summer internship at Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission, showcasing her early exposure to the energy sector and regulatory practices.
