Ken Berger

Ken Berger is the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director at Spectrum360, a position he has held since November 2020.1 Spectrum360 is a nonprofit organization based in Verona, New Jersey that serves individuals on the autism spectrum and those with behavioral and related disabilities. The organization's mission is to provide high-quality educational and therapeutic programs to help these individuals reach their maximum potential and become responsible adults in society.1

Prior to his role at Spectrum360, Ken Berger has had an extensive career in leadership positions within the nonprofit and social impact sectors:

1. He was a Partner at Algorhythm, a technology company focused on data-driven decision making for social impact, from June 2016 to November 2017.1

2. Berger served as the President & CEO of Charity Navigator from June 2008 to March 2015. In this role, he helped provide expert ratings on charities to assist donors in making informed charitable giving decisions.1

3. He has also held executive positions at other organizations, including The Floating Hospital, where he served as Executive VP/COO.1
