Rajiv Taneja

Rajiv Taneja is the Chief Development Officer (R&D) at Corelight, Inc., a role he has held since 2022. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and leads the research and development team at Corelight, which specializes in cybersecurity products, including a Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform that focuses on network forensics and machine learning/AI-based analytics. Corelight has received significant funding and was valued at $750 million during its Series D funding round in 2021.1

Before joining Corelight, Taneja served as the Executive Vice President of Product Development at Exabeam from 2018 to 2022, where he played a key role in scaling the company and managing a global R&D team. He has also held senior positions at major tech companies, including Cisco and IGT, where he managed large engineering teams and significant budgets.1

Taneja's educational background includes degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as advanced studies at Stanford University.1
