Rajesh Pai

Rajesh Pai is an IT Professional with 19 years of experience, specializing in Windows servers, VMware, and Scripting. Currently, he is a part of the Global Automation Team.

He has played a pivotal role in developing approximately 3000 scripts using VB/PowerShell to enhance the productivity of BAU and Project services. Rajesh was the sole developer of a SharePoint workflow tool for non-SRA customers and successfully migrated articles from EKMS to SNOW using a WinAutomation bot.

Rajesh excels in ITIL building and implementation, focusing on aligning IT processes with ITIL standards by establishing Change, Incident, and Problem Management practices. He is known for his strong customer-centric approach, analytical capabilities, coordination, presentation skills, and leadership qualities.

With a track record of key achievements, Rajesh served as an SME and Tester for the MPC/VPC cloud implementation project, where he wrote test cases and led the Automated patching Tool development. He also created RPA Bots, HPOO flows, Power-CLI scripts, and scripts for HP blade enclosures.

Rajesh has a deep understanding of the HPSA landscape and excels in automation using tools like WinAutomation, having independently developed over 3000 VBS/PowerShell/Bat scripts.

Previously, Rajesh held roles as an Automation Specialist and Cloud and Automation Specialist at DXC Technology. Before that, he served as a Server Support Administrator at Wipro Ltd. in India.
