Rahul Kukreja

Rahul Kukreja is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Englewood Hospital, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. He has a strong background in clinical research, particularly in oncology, where he managed over 25 clinical trials and observational studies during his tenure from July 2020 to July 2021.12 His role involved collaborating with trial sponsors to develop protocols, consent forms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory approvals.

Education and Early Career

Rahul earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Chicago in 2020. Prior to his position at Englewood Hospital, he served as an Honors Research Fellow at the University of Chicago from April 2018 to June 2020. His research focused on the Bystander Effect in rats and was published in Science Advances. He also presented his findings at significant events, including Capitol Hill through the Posters on the Hill Program.12

Additional Experience

Before becoming a Clinical Research Coordinator, Kukreja held various roles at the University of Chicago, including Student Visitor Coordinator and Undergraduate Research Assistant. He also shadowed at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, gaining insights into pulmonary diseases through observation of surgeries and clinical rounds.1

Current Studies

Currently, Rahul is pursuing his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Rutgers University, expected to graduate in 2025.1 His diverse experiences in research and clinical settings reflect a strong commitment to advancing medical knowledge and patient care.
