Ragini Jaswal

Ragini Jaswal is a seasoned human resources professional with a passion for leveraging talent management to transform organizations. Her diverse experience spans talent acquisition, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and OD. She is committed to enhancing the performance capabilities and business results of her client organizations through the development of robust frameworks that leverage internal and external talent. Ragini also has a deep interest in writing and hopes to give back to the education sector in the long run.

With a PGDM in HR from the International Management Institute and a BTech in Production Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Praudyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Ragini has worked with several organizations at various levels.

She was previously a Senior Manager of Human Resources Business Partnering at Target, a Senior Advisor for Customer Success Talent Solutions at LinkedIn, and an HR Consultant at People Business Consulting. Her experience also includes Senior Associate Lead of HR Global Immigration/ Compensation at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where she facilitated strategic mandates for diversity and inclusion. Before venturing into HR, Ragini was an intern at Parayas Juvenile Aid Centre, and an Associate at Perot Systems.
