Having previously served as the Head of AIOPS and SRE at Allstate Insurance, Raghu spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives in robotic process automation (RPA), application performance management (APM), and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. His leadership extended to overseeing a global team of 200 professionals dedicated to availability management, network operations center, and enterprise center functions. Raghu is also a serial entrepreneur, having founded multiple successful IT ventures. Furthermore, he boasts patents and publications in distributed data processing and document solutions.
