Rafael Lopez, a business management professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development, has held positions at top-tier organizations such as Nordstrom, Citi, and Nintendo. With a passion for cultivating high-performing teams and helping leaders drive organizational change, Lopez has successfully led projects across multiple industries, including finance, technology, and entertainment. He studied entrepreneurship and vocal performance at Boston University, where he earned his BSBA. At Nordstrom, Lopez served as the interim senior director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and he's currently a Senior Manager in the DIB, Leadership, Immersion, Performance, Talent, & Team Effectiveness division.
