Lisa Feher is a highly experienced Human Resources consultant with over 20 years of experience in the tech and manufacturing industry. With a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, Lisa has been a Chief People Officer for Degreed and senior vice president of human resources at Attensity Group, Inc., PubMatic, Inc., SAP BusinessObjects, Red Hat, and Wolters Kluwer before co-founding her own consultancy, Rivera + Feher Advisory.

Lisa is an expert in performance management, talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational change. She advocates for programmatic diversity and inclusion, values-based recruiting, and continuous leadership development that leads to authentic and employee-oriented workplaces. Lisa also mentors newly forming companies and is an advisor to a startup competing for the X-Prize this year.
