Rafa Gross-Brown is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in the technology, telecommunications, and legal sectors.

Rafa's educational journey includes studying Law, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at Universidad Catolica de Asuncion, acquiring a Master's degree in Business Law and Strategy along with Law and Economic Theory from Harvard Law School, and completing a program in Interactive Telecommunications at NYU Tisch Art and Public Policy.

With a strong foundation in law and business strategy, Rafa has held various key positions in renowned organizations. Rafa currently serves as the Global Head of Venture Development at Wayra X, following significant roles as a Product Manager, UX and Service Designer, Personal Data Privacy Designer, and Interaction Designer at Telefonica. Prior to Telefonica, Rafa worked as an Attorney at Fox Horan & Camerini LLP and Gross Brown Law Firm.
