Prior to this, she was the SVP of Human Capital at OptumHealth within Optum, and also the VP of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Optum. Additionally, she accumulated vast experience at Target in various leadership positions including Senior Director roles in HR Operational Services, HR Process & Technology, Strategy & Operations, and Field Talent Acquisition. Raelyn also worked as a Group Manager, HR Manager, and in other HR roles at Target. She began her career as an HR Representative at Cargill, Wilsons Leather, and National Car Rental/ANC Rental Corporation.
