Rachelle Martinez is a highly educated individual with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences. She also holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Asian American and Asian Diaspora Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
Rachelle has accumulated a wealth of professional experience in the education sector. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Engagement at the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences. Previously, she held roles such as Undergraduate Student Services Advisor and Residence Life Coordinator at the University of California San Diego. She also worked as a Program and Research Assistant at the National Center for Institutional Diversity, an Academic Advisor at Argosy University, an Executive Director at bridges Multicultural Resource Center, and a Research Assistant at the Culture, Diversity, & Intergroup Relations Lab.
