Rachel Williams is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background and extensive professional experience in management, health services, and data protection.

She holds a Certificate in Managing Health Services and a Diploma in Management and Health from the Institute of Health Services Management, along with various other certifications in data protection, records management, and marketing.

Additionally, Rachel has completed an MSc in Health Economics and Management from The University of Sheffield, as well as a postgraduate qualification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a BSc in Economics from The University of Hull.

In terms of her professional experience, Rachel has held key roles in both the public and private sectors.

She currently serves as the Director of Testing and Tracing at the Government of Jersey, where she plays a crucial role in public health management during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Previously, she held positions such as Secondment Head of Governance, Lead of the COVID-19 Community Taskforce, and Director of System Redesign and Delivery within the Health and Social Services department at the Government of Jersey.

Prior to her government roles, Rachel also worked as a Director at KPMG, Business and Development Manager at Riverside Mental Health, Commissioning Manager at KCW Health Authority, Management Trainee, and Assistant Director of Operations at the NHS.

With her wealth of experience and academic qualifications, Rachel Williams is a seasoned professional in healthcare management, governance, strategic planning, and business development.
