Rachel Powers is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change management, technology solutions, and business strategy. She has led global practices for well-known brands such as Apple, Cisco, Disney, Google, and Oracle, to name a few. Rachel's multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving through creativity, design, technology, operations, and business strategy has resulted in millions of dollars in revenue for companies as well as prestigious international awards and patents.

Rachel earned a B.F.A in Art from the San Francisco Art Institute and also studied Executive Education in Business Administration and Management at The Wharton School, among other institutions. She has held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President at HCL Technologies, Head of Digital Reimagination Center and Design Studios at Tata Consultancy Services, UI/UX Design Lead at Apple, and Senior Imagineer at Disney.

Rachel also has a passion for mentoring and teaching young professionals. She has been an adjunct professor at various universities, including Northwestern University, IIT Institute of Design, and San Francisco State University, and a mentor at organizations like Alchemist Accelerator and Bishop Ranch Intelligence Innovation Accelerator.
