Rachel Powers

Rachel Powers has over 20 years of experience in leading business transformation, digital reimagination, and innovation, with achievements in digital, customer experience, program management, organizational change management, business strategy, and technology solutions. She has worked with major brands such as Apple, Adobe, Cisco, Disney, Google, Motorola, Oracle, Yahoo, among many others, and won numerous international awards and patents that resulted in millions of dollars of revenue for companies.

Rachel's career started as a Senior Imagineer at The Walt Disney Company, then advanced to the Senior Vice President role at HCL Technologies. Later, she founded and managed her own business, Visde. She has been an industry fellow and professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and a mentor at Alchemist Accelerator and Bishop Ranch Intelligence Innovation Accelerator. She has also held teaching positions at other universities such as Northwestern University, IIT Institute of Design, and San Francisco State University.

Rachel is highly qualified in using human-centered design to provide insights for all forms of human endeavor and business needs. She leads individuals and teams on unleashing innovation and creativity that translates to getting results, increased productivity, and new value for the company.
