Michael Graber

Michael Graber is a seasoned strategic innovation consultant and human-centered designer with a passion for guiding organizations towards purposeful transformation. He is the Managing Partner of Epic Pivot, leading positive change in the business world by helping companies thrive through a framework of insights, human-centered design, and strategic methods.

Michael has extensive experience working with over 250 non-profit, corporate, and municipal clients, including Kimberly-Clark, Hilton Hotels, and Discover. His expertise in human design, sustainability, and innovation has earned him accolades such as being recognized as a Top Global Innovation blogger and presenter.

Michael has pursued higher education in the disciplines of MFA, anthropology, and Inner MBA at the University of Memphis, University of North Carolina Asheville, and Inner MBA: By LinkedIn, Sounds True & Wisdom 2.0.

He has served on the board of advisors of the GInI - Global Innovation Institute and MidSouth Sober Living, and as a founding member/mentor/facilitator of Memphis Innovation Bootcamp. In addition, he has previously held VP of Innovation roles at Hunter Fan Company, director of marketing positions at FNC, Inc. and Silicone Arts Labs, and creative director positions at Lokion and Johnson - Graber.
