Rachel Peterson

Rachel Peterson is a professional with a background in the international humanitarian and nonprofit sector, specializing in children's and human rights, policy advocacy, community engagement, and youth voice.

Her expertise lies in program-design, project management, and strategic planning, while excelling as a strong communicator, public speaker, and collaborative team member.

Rachel holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Luther College.

Throughout her career, Rachel has been involved with various organizations, including serving as an Assistant Director at AspireMN, a Research Consultant at Potintia, Inc., the Director of Programs at Norway House MN, a Program Manager at Nobel Peace Prize Forum, the Regional Director at Save the Children - Norway with Save the Children International, and working at The Electric Fetus.
