Rachel Khan is a culinary enthusiast whose love for cooking led her to the food and beverage industry at 14. She honed her skills in a renowned French bistro in Singapore before pursuing formal culinary training at Les Roches. Her training expanded her knowledge in both front of house and kitchen operations, preparing her to work under esteemed chefs like Andre Chiang, Emmanuel Stroobant, Richard Ekkebus, and Yoshihiro Narisawa.
