Rachel Estapa

Rachel Estapa is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with a focus on health, wellness, and diversity. She is the co-owner of Perception Optical in Arlington, MA, which emphasizes customer care and offers eyewear for diverse face shapes and sizes. Additionally, she is the creator of More to Love Yoga, an award-winning platform that promotes yoga and wellness for individuals in larger bodies. Rachel excels at passionate communication and enjoys nurturing people and ideas.

Rachel's educational background includes studying Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy at Kripalu Center For Yoga & Health, earning a Cert. Coach in Professional Coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching [iPEC], and studying Positive Psychology at Lesley University. She also holds a B.S. in International Affairs and Philosophy from Suffolk University.

Throughout her career, Rachel has been involved in various organizations and roles. She has served as Co-Owner and Operations at Perception Optical, worked as a Career Advisor at MediaBistro, been the Principal at Undercurrent Coaching for Gen Y, and held positions at Harvard University, New Leaders Council, WorldBoston, and the Office of Sen. Edward M. Kennedy. Furthermore, she has contributed to Harvard Catalyst Student Weight Stigma Research at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and has been involved with PBS: FRONTLINE.
