Rachel Bien

Rachel Bien is a prominent attorney who has built an impressive career focused on complex multi-plaintiff litigation. She is a co-chair of the Class Action Practice Group at Outten & Golden LLP and has extensive experience in handling hybrid wage and hour class and collective actions and Title VII discrimination class actions. Rachel's background includes working with employees from various industries, including healthcare marketing representatives, skilled service technicians, mortgage brokers, tech workers, among others.

Rachel's professional career was launched after earning her Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she graduated Cum Laude. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University. Rachel's passion for protecting the rights of workers has led her to represent their interest with the American Bar Association, where she currently serves as the Employee Vice-Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section's National Programs Subcommittee.
