Rachel Barry is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and rich experience in public policy and global public affairs.

Rachel Barry completed her Bachelor's Degree with a major in Public Policy Studies and minors in Economics and Political Science at Duke University. Prior to this, she attended Sarasota High School and the Singapore American School.

Currently, Rachel Barry holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of External Affairs and Director of the Global Public Policy Group at BlackRock, a leading financial services firm. Before her current role, she served as the Vice President, an Associate, and an Analyst in the Global Public Policy Group at BlackRock.

Rachel Barry also has previous experience in business strategy at GE Oil & Gas and as an Economic Analyst at IMA Asia. She began her professional journey as an intern at United Technologies, gaining valuable insights into the corporate world.
