Rachael Jennings is a passionate leader dedicated to equity, justice, innovative curriculum development, and results-driven program implementation.
Her educational background includes a B.A. from Middlebury College, an Exchange Semester at University of East Anglia, a Master of Education - MEd from Widener University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Bread Loaf School of English at Middlebury College, and further coursework for a Master of Arts (M.A.) at the University of Pennsylvania.
Rachael has held various roles in different organizations, such as Associate Dean of Students and former Director of Equity, Justice, and Belonging at Dublin School, English Department Chair at Dublin School, Founding Co-Director of the Human Relationships Program and Upper School English Instructor at The Haverford School, among others.
