Todd Lazenby

R. Todd Lazenby is the founding partner of Royal Ascot Partners and Victory Partners, with over 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance.

He has a strong background in start-ups, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 companies, specializing in control investments and overseeing billions of dollars in capital markets and M&A transactions.

Previously, Todd was Managing Partner at Summit Capital Partners in Los Angeles and WP Capital Partners, L.P. in Dallas, where he represented middle market companies nationally.

Before that, he played a key role at Affinity Finance in San Francisco, developing strategic partnerships and asset securitization platforms.

His corporate experience includes a significant role at Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco, managing divisions like national home equity and student lending.

In addition to his corporate roles, Todd has been actively involved in serving on private and public company boards as well as national charity boards.

Todd has also shared his expertise as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at prestigious business schools like SMU, TCU, Baylor, Loyola University, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Baltimore.

His educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Stanford University, and studies in law and communication.

Currently, Todd holds the position of Managing Partner at Royal Ascot Partners, LLC, and has been associated with various organizations like Palm Beach Opera, Neuronix LTD, The Promise Fund, and Worthy Financial, Inc.
