Quinn Williams

Quinn Williams is a legal strategist and entrepreneurial attorney known for representing Fortune 500 and fast-growth companies in various investment transactions across multiple industries in the United States.

With a background that includes serving as a past senior vice president and general counsel for two Arizona-based public companies, Quinn has also held roles as Interim General Counsel for prominent organizations like Standard Aero Corp and Remy International Inc., where he provided invaluable expertise on board governance and compliance matters.

Quinn's impressive track record includes being the Lead Counsel for Mesa Skybridge Master Development at Mesa Gateway Airport, representing Alpine Bakery in a $120 million sale to Flowers Corp, and serving as Interim General Counsel for both Standard Aero and Remy International, overseeing legal, compliance, and trade aspects.

In addition to these accomplishments, Quinn has facilitated equity raises and sales for clients like Sprouts Farmers Markets and venture capital funds, managed IPO transactions, and provided legal support to multinational franchising companies and Fortune 500 corporations on 34 Act securities compliance, acquisitions, and mergers.

Quinn Williams pursued his Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, he furthered his education by attending the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Education.
