Qanta Shimizu started his career journey as a student of law, transitioned into the roles of a bartender and professional trombone musician, before delving into coding as a self-taught coder.
In 2006, Qanta joined IMG SRC Inc. and rapidly advanced his career to the position of Principal Technical Director, contributing to award-winning projects for renowned global brands such as Toyota and Uniqlo.
In 2011, he co-founded PARTY, assuming the role of Chief Technology Officer. Later in 2018, Qanta initiated BASSDRUM, a collective of Technical Directors, where he currently serves as a Technical Director.
His educational background includes Pre-Law Studies at the prestigious 東京大学.
