Katie also studied Elementary Education, Mathematics, Textiles, Apparel, & Merchandising at Northern Illinois University, further enriching her knowledge and skills in these areas.

Prior to her higher education, Katie attended Quincy Sr High School, where her academic journey began.

In her professional life, Katie is the Founder and CEO of Louer®, a leadership role that highlights her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset.

Before her entrepreneurial venture, Katie served as an Executive Household Manager & Childcare Specialist at Private Residences, showcasing her expertise in managing households and childcare.

Furthermore, she has experience as a Teacher at Chicago Public Schools, where she utilized her educational background to impact the lives of students.
