He has an MBA in marketing and has studied at BITS, Pilani. He has worked in various organizations like Iris Software, Axtria - Ingenious Insights, Sutherland, Wipro Technologies, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Ramco Systems, Pepsico India Holdings, and Eicher.

In his current role as the VP of Data & Analytics at Iris Software Inc., Swarup collaborates with vertical teams, client partners to sell data, business intelligence, and AI services and solutions. He leverages his practice management, solution design, customer engagement, program and solution delivery skills to provide thought leadership, advisory, and point of view discussions that keep his customers abreast with the latest AI, ML, business intelligence, visualization, and enterprise performance management practices.
