Pratt Norton Wiley is the National Director of Voter Protection for the Democratic National Committee, overseeing the development and implementation of voter protection initiatives across the country.

With a background in election law and a history of managing voter protection programs for key political campaigns, Pratt has a wealth of experience in ensuring voting rights and promoting voter participation.

Before his current role, Pratt worked as the National Regional Voter Protection Coordinator for Obama for America, focusing on critical battleground states and coordinating efforts to educate communities on voting laws and facilitate voter registration.

Prior to his work in politics, Pratt practiced as a corporate attorney at Nutter, McClennan & Fish in Boston, advising clients on various legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, tax-exempt bond issues, and corporate restructuring.

Pratt's professional journey also includes serving as a senior administrator at Lesley University and working in sales and marketing at the internet consulting firm Zentropy Partners, showcasing his diverse skill set and experience across different sectors.

Actively engaged in civic and charitable activities, Pratt holds leadership positions in organizations such as the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, and the Shady Hill School Alumni Board, demonstrating his commitment to serving his community.

Pratt's academic credentials include a JD from Boston College Law School and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University, underpinning his legal expertise and financial acumen in his professional endeavors.
