• Handled a team of about 20 Research Associates experienced in:
Resource Management, Executive Search, Staffing Support, Job Board Response Management, Database Management, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Passive candidate search using AIRS techniques, Calling clients daily for resolving concerns & discuss new positions, Resume formatting, Applicant Tracking System Management activities like bulk emailing, database cleanup, updating database, etc.
• Quality checking each and every resume that has been shortlisted for the position; ensuring all the steps are correct in database maintenance projects.
• Train the Calling Associates how to verify the shortlisted candidates and make the Telephonic Interview to deliver accurate match for the position
• Speaking with clients, discussing Data Migration projects to their database (PCR, CAPS, etc.)
• Vast experience in a number of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) activities like Bulk Uploads, Database Cleanup, etc.
• Understanding client’s needs, suggesting the software/website access to be purchased for the task. Taking interview feedback for short listed candidates from the recruiters
• Transfer knowledge to the team about each and every new project process.
• Ensuring floor discipline, maintaining high service levels, staff training, etc.
• Achieving zero non-conformity with the clients.
• MIS Reporting - Delivering numbers and providing support and ammunition to top management for business development.
• Additional day to day responsibilities:
Coaching and mentoring of internal team members
Report generation and metric analysis

QC Head/Team Manager - Search Support Group

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Searching CVs and posting jobs on job boards like Monster, Careerbuilder, Hotjobs, Dice, etc. to find suitable candidates for HOT positions.
• Make use of Boolean, AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies) and creative/innovative researching knowledge to find the right candidate
• Database cleanup, bulk upload companies & candidates, bulk emailing (using different software), etc
• Delivering numbers and providing support to the QC Head (team leader).
