Prashanthi Sudhakar is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in building, launching, and scaling new ventures in the clean energy and sustainability sectors.

With a successful track record that includes ventures like Clipsal Cortex and Dash Energy, Prashanthi has demonstrated expertise in creating end-to-end digital platforms for the procurement of energy solutions, with a focus on solar, storage assets, and energy management.

Having led high-performing teams at Schneider Electric (SE) and Johnson Controls (JCI), Prashanthi has played a pivotal role in developing innovative products for building decarbonization, energy efficiency, and carbon management across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Prashanthi's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from R. V. College of Engineering in Bangalore.

Previously holding positions such as General Partner at SalaheE Partners, Vice President of Product Management & Growth at Johnson Controls, and Director at SE Ventures, Prashanthi has also served on the advisory board of Dash Energy and co-founded Clipsal Cortex, showcasing her diverse and extensive experience in the industry.
