Prashant Rane

Prashant Rane is a seasoned professional with a passion for improving Developer Experience and spreading happiness in the workplace. He is a data-driven and result-oriented leader with a strong belief in teamwork and the Agile way of working.

Prashant's career began with projects in C Unix and C++, focusing on legacy modernization in Windows CLI-based environments. This experience instilled in him the importance of writing code that is easy to comprehend and optimizing only when necessary.

With an educational background that includes an MBA in IT-Marketing from Indira School of Management Studies, Pune, and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications from North Maharashtra University, Prashant has a solid foundation for his professional endeavors.

Prashant has held various significant roles in reputable organizations, including Gojek Tech, Microsoft, Synerzip, and Capgemini. At Gojek Tech, he has served as the Head of Engineering for Mobile Platforms (DevX) and previously as the Engineering Manager and the Principal Engineer for iOS Developer Experience. Prior to Gojek Tech, Prashant contributed his expertise as a Mobile Developer II at Microsoft, a Developer Evangelist, Project Manager, and Project Lead at Synerzip, and as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini.
