Pranav Popat is a seasoned strategic advisor and investment banker with more than 15 years of global experience. He specializes in offering comprehensive advice to boards, C-level executives, private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, and other investors on a variety of strategic issues, including M&A, restructuring, cross-border activity, public company activism, special committee dynamics, and capital markets. With an extensive network of senior relationships in a broad range of consumer-facing industries, Pranav has expertise in restaurants, retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, casinos, apparel, footwear, and sports.

Pranav studied business administration at the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with the highest honors, ranking among the top five percent of his class. He is currently a Principal at VCN Partners, LLC and has previously worked in investment banking with leading firms like Lazard Frères & Co. and Wasserstein Perella.
