Edward Ho is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the fintech and IT services sectors. He currently serves as a Board Director at TLG Acquisition One Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that went public in January 2021. In this role, he is involved in evaluating acquisition candidates and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee while also being a member of the Audit Committee.13
Ho has held various significant positions throughout his career, including Executive Vice President and General Manager at DXC Technology, and President and Chief Operating Officer at Fundtech Corporation. He has a strong background in global fintech software, focusing on areas such as capital markets, digital payments, and risk management. Ho has a proven track record in P&L management and has successfully led multiple business exits.1
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science from Columbia University. Additionally, he is the Chairman and Co-Founder of QuadraGen LLC, a SaaS company serving the commercial lending sector.12
