Prakash's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from Banaras Hindu University and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Florida.

In his most recent role as Director Capital Equipment - Assembly & Automation at Western Digital, Prakash led the development of new equipment and optimization of processes to enable robust manufacturing of advanced storage technologies. Prior to his role at Western Digital, Prakash held several leadership positions at leading companies in the tech industry such as Tesla, Avogy, and Cypress Semiconductor Corporation.
