Prakash Appalanaidu is a seasoned leader with diverse experience in IT, Electronics Manufacturing, and Engineering industries. He has a proven track record of managing regional teams ranging from 15 to 50 members in various capacities.

With a background in Enterprise Systems Management, Prakash has successfully overseen medium to large-scale implementations of systems like Middleware/EDI, ERP, and Billing systems for multinational corporations.

In the realm of Project and Program Management, Prakash has excelled in designing and implementing PMO for outsourcing transition projects. His recent achievement includes establishing and running a PMO for a telecommunications firm, ensuring project success aligned with business objectives.

Prakash's expertise extends to IT Service Management, where he has provided strategic direction, ensuring service quality, compliance, SLA adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. He actively promotes the implementation of ITIL/ITSM processes for global standardization.

Educationally, Prakash holds a Bachelor's in Computer and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master's in Software Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and a pre-university qualification in Science from ACS IPOH.

His roles have ranged from Information Management Specialist to Operations Manager, Project Director, Regional Incident Management Manager, and IT Manager.
