Pradeep Sahay

Pradeep Sahay, an accomplished professional with a background in technology and talent management, holds a Masters degree in Management from the Asian Institute of Management and is an alumnus of BITS Pilani.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles encompassing P&L management, Talent Acquisition, and Business HR, Pradeep has worked in varied sectors like Technology, Telecom, Financial Services, and Infrastructure.

Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at a specialized Open-Source IT Systems Integrator, his responsibilities revolve around overseeing HR practices, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, leadership development, and employer branding.

His career includes stints as Vice President & Head HR at Srei BNP Paribas, Group Head Talent Acquisition at Ramky Group, and various other executive positions where he focused on building high-performing teams and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.

Pradeep is also a published author, with a forthcoming business book set to launch with a Top 4 Global Publishing Group in 2020. The book delves into the challenges faced by organizations in talent acquisition amid rapidly changing business landscapes.
