With a background in Energy Engineering from the Central University of Jharkhand, she possesses strong expertise in research, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, management, and renewable energy. Pooja has held positions such as Aspirational District Fellow at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Program Officer at CEED- Centre for Environment and Energy Development, Project Engineer at GSES India, and Research Assistant at the Centre for Science and Environment in New Delhi.
