His expertise spans from technical roles to leading sales teams, engaging in special projects, business development, and managing R&D start-ups.

Pietro co-founded a start-up specializing in image and data analysis, focusing on machine and deep learning algorithms for biomedicine, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing sectors.

He holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Brescia and has pursued additional qualifications in negotiation and people management.
