He has worked in an international environment, overseeing subsidiaries of foreign groups, with 3 years of experience at the Sydney office in Australia and expertise in various accounting standards such as IFRS and US GAAP.

Passelègue's specializations include young innovative companies, group subsidiaries, fundraising, and IPOs. His expertise lies in addressing the unique challenges faced by high-growth innovative companies, particularly in accounting, finance, taxation (specifically CIR & JEI status), legal matters (fundraising, stock options, preferred shares), and governance best practices.

In addition to his core responsibilities, he serves as a member of the EY Rhône-Alpes development committee, regional leader for the 'Fast growing companies' market segment, head of the EY Grenoble office, member of the Moovjee selection committee (Rhône-Alpes), and guest lecturer at EM Lyon - BOOST Program.
