Pierre Berkmann is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience working with global organizations. With a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, Pierre has held various leadership positions at the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, including General Manager for Strategic Sourcing, Head of HR Functional Development, and Senior Human Resource Partner. He also worked as HR Director for the Danish Business Unit in Maersk Oil and served as the Regional Head of HR for Maersk Line in North Asia.

Currently, Pierre serves as the Head of Group HR at GN Group, where he leads human resources strategies that support the organization's growth and global operations. With his vast experience in the corporate world, Pierre is knowledgeable about employee development, talent management, compensation, and organization design.
