Carsten Dalgaard is a well-rounded global operations leader who has gathered over 20 years of experience in different functions and industries. Currently serving as the General Manager and Head of Operations for Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand at GN ReSound Malaysia, he is responsible for leading a workforce of 800+ employees. He possesses an enriching educational background having studied Arabic Language Officer course, Arabic language, history, and culture at Royal Danish Defence College's Language Institute. Additionally, he has completed his Officer and Management courses at the Royal Danish Military Academy and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Copenhagen Business School.

Carsten has showcased his ability to build a new corporate PMO right from scratch while delivering change management in support of turnarounds by converting strategies into actionable plans. His tenaciousness and a global mindset have continuously led him to drive organizations to execute operations concurrently and sustainably deliver results.

His diverse professional career has taken him places. He has previously worked as a Global HR Business Partner for Global Operations at GN ReSound before serving as Head of Global HR Business Partner for Maersk Line. He was also the Recruitment Manager at Maersk Line and an Infantry Officer at Danish Army's Royal Life Guards.

Carsten is a former board member of Danish Chamber of Commerce - South China (DCC-SC). With his immense experience in various roles, Carsten brings a unique perspective to the table.
