Pierce Grandchamp has dedicated 17 years to the grassroots level of Sled Hockey, showcasing leadership through coaching introduction clinics with a level 4 USA Hockey coaching certification.

In addition to his coaching role, Pierce serves as the player representative in boardrooms, ensuring all players have a voice and bridging the gap between young athletes, parents, and national team players. He also oversees fundraisers and assets for board member events.

Pierce Grandchamp holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has worked in various roles including Youth Transition Coordinator, Intake Coordinator, and Independent Living Specialist at Atlantis Community, Inc. He has also held positions at AdGorilla LLC and Lewan Technology.
