Represented University at Ministries, VPs and C levels (Universities), NGOs and International events: BMI, NAFSA, ICEF.  Special focus on country Scholarships programs, pathways agreement and MOUs with schools and Universities from around the globe. Grew international head counts by 100% in first year. New challenge and completely new industry where I used my international business development experience to create new partnerships with Colleges and Universities around the world. Reported to SBBC COO.
In 21 months I generated over 5000 leads and signed 170 agreements with Universities and representatives from Canada, France, Taiwan, China, Middle East, Asia and US.
Resulting in a 500% increase in ELS and academic international student enrollment. 
Represented College at International trade shows, domestic and foreign government trade departments and consulats.
Traveled internationally to represent SBBcollege programs both to students and C-level higher ed executives.
Created short term programs to market to a wider base of students.
Got the ESL program SACM approved.
Coordinated between head office and Santa Barbara campus international recruiting efforts.
Created new international marketing campain: e-fliers, SMS, MMS.

Entertainment and educational text and audio ( IVR) content producing company. Restructured company assets: in 6 months turned around the company by generating profit with the introduction of TextSMS services then negotiated the sales to Silverbirch Inc: 
( now part of Motricity). Public listed company on the TSX board under SVB. B2B. we produced text and audio content: from the serious: news, sports, legal, health to the lighter side: Text chat, voice dating, horoscopes. We also offered turnkey solution in health information: www.mydynamichealth.com, www.myia.com ( The RepubliK of MYIA: a patented virtual social network ) or www.mylegalroad.com.

- We provided content for Microsoft, Amazon, Verisign, AETNA, Lavalife, Quest Personals, Sprint. AOL voice , Bevocal, IDT long distance, The University of Kansas, Yellow pages, Ceridian, Marchex, Syniverse,TellmeNetworks, Dallas Airport , Call Ginie/ Voodoovox, Upsnap, Mobile Messenger and many more.
- Produced all P&L, budget and forecast statements.
-Created Adhoc financial projections for special projects.
- Developed and marketed early stage SMS mobile applications: daily tips, reverse auction, textdating, sweapstakes: invested in concept and market strategy.

- Lead the strategic planning and advised the group CEO on acquisition and/or product development. 
-Launched and managed 35 shortcodes in the US and Canada directly producing over $2 millions profit.
- Supervised the RFPs process and edited RFPs documents.
- Created and supported SMS and IVR products for bleu chips companies resulting in the dessimination of millions of SMS per month.
- Amongst a very few selected content provider to be on the launch of the Kindle project back in 2007.

As the SVP of Oneworldinteractive USA I supervised the development of the audiotext service (IVR infotainment)  bureau. Later under my leadership in early 2004 we were the first company to deliver Textchat premium application over 3 of the major carriers in the US (First premium Textchat code: 2CHAT). I signed the first large studio deal in the US for SMS/MMS applications with DIC entertainment (owner of the Trollz and Inspector Gadget brand).Opened US office based in Los Angeles and hired a sales and marketing team of about 30 people. In charge of all P&L, business development and marketing leadership.Reported to group C.O.O. based in London, U.K.
- Pioneered the billion dollar SMS premium and non premium market in the United States along with a handfull of other providers. 
- Collaborated hand in hand with Senior Wireless executives to create best pratice in consumer use of SMS text applications.
- Acted as one of the first wireless aggregators under the brand "OneWorld-UScellNet" along with Mobliss, Mqube and Mblox.
