Philippe Touati

Philippe Touati is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the financial services, technology, and telecommunications sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique and has earned two Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Telecom ParisTech and Columbia University. Philippe has also completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Philippe has held numerous high-profile positions over the course of his career. He was the Head of Institutional Banking for ANZ and MD/Co-head of Standard Chartered Wholesale Banking, a $1 billion business. His experience also includes running Capital One Bank's European operations functions. Philippe has provided leadership in technology and telecoms, where he designed a VLSI integrated circuit at Bell Labs, launched operations of New T&T, a HK telecom start-up, ran IT and operations for ICO, a satellite MEO company and managed six operations centers at France Telecom.

At present, Philippe is a Partner at Belmond Capital Limited, where he focuses on companies bringing together deep tech, data modeling, and micro iteration at scale. He brings an impressive skill set to the table, including business development, client coverage, and strategic planning.
