Philip Graff is a legal professional with a strong background in multinational legal advice and extensive commercial experience.

He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, as well as energy, oil and gas, and establishing businesses in Denmark. Additionally, he has expertise in investments involving China.

Philip has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Copenhagen Business School, a Master's in Law from University of Copenhagen, and has studied at Herlufsholm.

His professional journey includes founding Graff Legal and Rufus Vin, being a partner at Bird & Bird, and holding key roles at MAQS Law Firm, Roulunds, AP Moller-Maersk, and Maersk Contractors.

He has been involved in business development, contract management, and legal counsel roles in various organizations, showcasing a diverse skill set and experience.
