Before that, Dean served as a Senior Associate in Employment Law at Bird & Bird LLP, showcasing his proficiency in the intricacies of employment legal matters. His career also includes roles as an Employment Law Solicitor at DLA Piper and as a Trainee Solicitor at Memery Crystal LLP, further solidifying his foundation in the legal field.
