Philip Gardiner is an Investment Director at Foresight Group.2 He previously worked as an Associate Director at Renatus Capital Partners, where he spent eight years managing investments in growing Irish SMEs across various sectors.1 Gardiner has over ten years of experience in financing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).1
In his current role at Foresight Group, Gardiner is part of the team overseeing the AIB Foresight SME Impact Fund, which reached its first close at €30 million in early July 2022.1 He is based in Foresight's newly launched Dublin office, which aims to source, execute, and manage investments for the fund, as well as support Foresight's other activities in Ireland.1
Gardiner has expressed enthusiasm for his role in helping to replicate Foresight's success in creating local jobs throughout the UK in Ireland.
