He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Massive Damage, Inc. and is a former VP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Big Viking Games. Gardiner has experience in user acquisition, finance, and management reporting at Big Viking Games, DBRS, and Sears Canada. Additionally, he has experience as a Junior Project Officer at the Canadian Border Services Agency, as well as a Special Needs Counselor/Driver at Easter Seals.
